VP of Sales and Business development. Huge advocate of corporate social governance for online business communities

I'm an Online Community Liaison at the Canadian Centre on Substance Abuse (CCSA) in Ottawa. It's a new position at CCSA, and I've been here since the end of November 2010. I apply social media and web-based tools for KE in three CCSA priority areas: Workforce Development (CNSAAP website), Youth Substance Abuse Prevention (Media Youth Consortium) and the National Treatment Strategy (KE Network of Networks). I also am an active member of CCSA's Online Strategy Working Group (OSWG) where I develop strategy and implement tactics to improve CCSA’s online presence and visibility (developing a social media policy and advising on best practices in social media, SEO and online tools.)

I am the Chief Executive Officer at IGLOO Inc. I have been working in the technology sector for past 18 years, working with such industry leading organizations such as MKS, Delrina and Open Text Corporation. My passion is the web and how it can be used as a business tool to connect people, information and knowledge.

Yvette is involved in Business Development activities with IGLOO Inc.- an innovative web 2.0 start-up specializing in On-demand Communities and Social Networking Solutions. The most recent project Yvette spearheaded for IGLOO was the Manufacturing Innovation Network (MIN) – an online knowledge exchange for Waterloo Region manufacturing companies which aims to assist manufacturers to Build Awareness, Foster Innovation and Compete Globally. When Yvette is not assisting associations, organizations, schools and corporations in developing and deploying their online community solution, she enjoys reading, movies, golf, fishing and spending time with her family.

Gerard has worked in the International Development Sector for the past 25 years. His work has taken him to live and work in many countries in The Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Gerard provides guidance and leadership to organizations in the design and implementation of collaboration, Information Communications Technology (ICT), and Knowledge Management (KM) systems, using Social Media tools and methodologies. Gerard provides Editor and consulting services for IGLOO's Social Media Playbook as well as is the Director of Technology at Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT).

Janice is the President and Founder of Impetus Healthcare Inc., a strategic healthcare communications company, specializing in the application of Web 2.0 technologies and Corporate Social Networking in the healthcare arena.
