Ed Kroeger

Ed Kroeger, professor of physiology and pathophysiology, has had a distinguished five-decade faculty career. At the Max Rady College of Medicine, his senior roles have included associate dean, research and assistant dean, graduate studies.

Kroeger, an expert on the mechanisms of asthma, led the development of the annual Canadian Student Health Research Forum at University of Manitoba. In 2009, the Health Sciences Graduate Student Association named its Mentorship Award in his honour.
