As Communications Advisor, Jordana works to educate and inform the public about the Gairdner Foundation, the Canada Gairdner Awards – Canada’s most prestigious biomedical prize – and associated scientific programs, upcoming events and latest news. Her responsibilities include leading promotional and marketing efforts to increase brand visibility, boost engagement and support fundraising efforts.

Prior to joining the Gairdner Foundation, Jordana was a Senior Public Affairs Associate at the University Health Network (UHN). Jordana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen’s University and a Master of Journalism degree from Ryerson University.
