2023 Gairdner Science Week Global Perspectives Panel took place on October 25.
How can communities be engaged and involved in research that affects them? This was the question of the day during the 2023 Gairdner Science Week Global Perspectives Panel.
On October 25, in partnership with IDRC, SickKids Centre for Global Child Health and the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute, Gairdner brought together emerging and established leaders in the perinatal and child health fields to present their work, compare experiences in a roundtable, and network with students, community partners and researchers interested in pursuing their own collaborations.
